As a volunteer for the past 8 years at the local high school teaching a no-nonsense nutrition class titled, &quot;Please Don&#039;t Eat The Wallpaper!, I can agree that children want to eat healthy but they really don&#039;t know how.  After one 90 minute class, one student went home, sat her parents in front of the pantry and said, &quot;Let me show you what I learned in school today!&quot;  She proceeded to read through the labels and educate her parents about the food they were eating.  Our children need to be taught!  They will respond.  Dr. Irven</description>
