What do you want to be when you grow-up?
I haven’t decided yet, but I’m interested in entrepreneurial business, writing, and psychology.
What is your dream job? (even if skills/money/practicality doesn’t matter)
My dream job would be a travelling photographer…with unlimited resources, of course. I would love to be able to see the world and take pictures of all the different cultures and wildlife I can find.
Do you know what you want to study in college?
No, not yet.
Do you know where you want to go to college?
I’m thinking about Arizona State, but I’m looking into schools in the west in general. I’ve had my fill of cold winters here in Jersey and am looking for an area where I can relax, veg out, and tan in the sunshine.
What is the biggest misconception you think parents have about teens?
Contrary to popular belief we are actually humans!
If there is one thing you could tell parents about teens what would it be?
I think all people are just little children in slightly modified bodies. You are adults, but don’t forget that you know what it’s like to be a teenager, too. If you’re confused or frustrated with our behavior, taking a look into your own teenage past just might clear up the smoke about why we do the things we do.
What is your favorite website?
I won’t lie…I can’t be without my Facebook! I get excited when I log in and see those little red notifications pop up.
Least favorite thing about high school, most favorite thing about high school:
My favorite thing about high school is actually the work. My assignments keep me busy and on my toes; plus, we aren’t babied so I can let my creativity stand out a lot more. I also love to socialize! I love that I get to come in contact with so many different people each day. My least favorite thing is waking up so early. I have to catch the bus by 6:45 – hello groggy mornings.
