I recently lost a very good friend to a car accident. I am one of those people who doesnt show their emotions, so i have never talked about it. i feel like i need to, but at the same time i dont want to. i feel like if i do, everything feeling that goes along with her memory will fade away. i know how you feel, and i hate this. i am also 16, but she was 18

For me, understanding the loss and moving on are the hardest part to deal with a loss.. It's like somehow my brain refuse to understand even though i want it to.
