I totally agree with this,  conversation is the key to a good work flow especially to kids they can&#039;t understand why you want them to do some chores but explaining and letting them know this might be a good start. Frightening them and vocally saying that they need to do chores it really doesn&#039;t help a lot. Give them the initiative on why and what is this things need to be done.  A good communication will get them more oriented on being a good leader.</description>
