		<description>I agree with Satsuki.  Parents are just AS important.  Also, on being fair, &gt;&gt;If one does something bad and then something bad is done in return this is a relationship with no trust or emotions.  It also puts a focus on revenge rather than forgiveness.&lt;&lt;  
Teaching consequences is not the same as revenge.  When a child does something bad and then something bad is done in return this is a relationship with agreements and expectations in place that once broken have consequences to their lifestyle.  Focus is on consequences.  In any even, forgiveness is separate from being fair.  Always allowing a child an opportunity to earn back trust and allowing them to always maintain their dignity sends a message that they are forgiven (in a balanced relationship with you).</description>

I&#039;m sorry but I have to disagree... at least to an extent. Friends are not more important. This isn&#039;t a fight. It&#039;s about raising our children to be emotionally healthy in their interpersonal relationships- all interpersonal relationships. We shouldn&#039;t devalue one area of a child&#039;s life for the sake of another.</description>
